Hi! I\u2019m Katie, a fitness personality, recipe developer,
creator of the Katie Austin app, and Sports Illustrated
Swimsuit model. After my Division I lacrosse career at
USC, I was inspired to follow in the footsteps of my
mother, Denise Austin.

My mom and I share a passion for helping women fall
in love with movement to ultimately live healthier
and happier lives.

My hope for you is to not only achieve your fitness
goals, but to feel stronger, more energized, and more
